Confirm Booking
Expect to receive an email containing a booking form. To secure your cinematic experience, we kindly request a £60 safety deposit via the charm of bank transfer.

Shortly after, a booking confirmation email will flutter into your inbox, adorned with event details and the secret instructions for full payment. For those who have chosen a personalized package, this enchanted email will also seek the unique details to weave into your magical experience.

Ensure the enchantment of your cinematic experience by settling the total booking cost the day before your event through bank transfer. Alternatively, pay in cash on the day of your event.
Our team will weave their magic, dropping off and setting up the equipment at an agreed-upon time during the booking process. The setup, can take anywhere between 30 minutes and 3 hours, depending on the type of booking.
Behold the wizardry as we guide you through the operation of the equipment, providing you with a set of instructions to keep close at hand during your enchanting event.
For daytime bookings, ensure your screen basks in the perfect shade for optimal picture quality.

Upon delivery, you’ll be asked to sign for all the components included in your rental package. While we’re not present until the pre-arranged collection time, all the items are entrusted to your care. Please make sure to keep the equipment in a secure place. Any loss, theft, or damage is the responsibility of the customer or hirer
Every package comprises: Screen, Projector, Sound Bar, Remote Control, Cables, and Extension Leads
You can display content from any device that connects through an HDMI cable. Apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, and BT Sport are all usable, as long as you have a strong mobile network or Wi-Fi connection You provide the content.
For the best picture quality, it’s recommended to use the cinema after sunset or in complete darkness. If you’re planning an outdoor daytime event, it’s essential to position the screen in a well-shaded area to ensure optimal picture quality.
We understand that the weather can be unpredictable. In the event of potential rain, we offer the option to relocate the cinema indoors. If rain starts, we kindly request that all electrical equipment is promptly moved indoors for safety.
Setup times vary depending on the type of booking and location. On average, it takes between 30 minutes to 3 hours.
